The FDA has talked about usability in the past in relation to devices and software provided by health companies but now they are looking for input on their own web property. The agency is looking for input from the public about where information should go on the large site.
To do this they are looking for participants to sort 40 topics into categories and label those categories. This is called a “card sort” activity and is popular in user-experience insight and design.
If you use the FDA site help them out and do a sort… it takes only about 10 minutes.
