A Forrester report came into our hands via a circuitous route: an MM&M ad to a 4Info sponsored download page to the Forrester PDF. Regardless, the content is all Forrester and includes some insights from their US Consumer Technographics® Behavioral Study.

The dominance of Facebook on mobile devices is once again confirmed, and the linkage of mobile phones and social is likewise reinforced.

Of the five top apps, two are social networks, two are messaging, and one is an alternative to television. They are all channels to which healthcare marketers need to pay attention.
