Some research from Blis looks at US consumers' behavior around online shopping. While this isn't specifically about health or pharma, these consumer behaviors do inform how they will search for health treatment information.
71% of respondents said that they do shop online from a mobile device. Of these, the split between mobile app and website was about 50:50 showing that, while consumers spend more time on apps, they still search for specific things on mobile web.
