Decision Resources (owns Manhattan Research) has released some teaser stats for their Cybercitizen Health® U.S. 2014 study centered around wearables and trackers. Some of the findings from this study:

The report analyst Rory Stanton was quoted in the post:

“With the proliferation of connected devices and trackers, patients are amassing personal health data like never before, and healthcare providers are under pressure to start incorporating that data into patient care. While data security remains a concern for patients, they are willing to share data if it moves the needle on improving their health.”

Tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct 21) Manhattan Research is providing a webinar for existing customers about the research. Subscribers can register for this webinar but Manhattan Research will only approve those applicants who are customers.
