Android surpasses iOS in mHealth, pharma most interested industry

Android has become the most popular mHealth platform. It looks like those higher volumes of Android users are translating to app users:

Diabetes is the most popular condition, followed by obesity, depression, hypertension, and CHD (the report doesn’t say, but we think they mean all other chronic health diseases -Ed.).

Readers of the Wire will be interested to see that Pharma is the industry with the most interest, even if Insurance is identified as the gatekeeper for these apps:
