At the centre of connecting those dots is effective and compelling digital marketing, education and communication.
Increasing administrative and regulatory burdens can result in a loss of professional satisfaction for physicians and are root contributors to physician “burnout”. The American Medical Association (AMA) sought our help to change this with the launch of STEPS Forward™, a series of interactive, online educational modules that aims to help physicians reduce common frustrations in providing excellent medical care and encourage a thriving practice.
Our digital strategy included a tablet-first design, integrated adult e-learning principles, a detailed measurement plan and beta testing of the site with more than 2000 physicians. Users can choose one of three learning options: online, live events, or downloading a module while earning continuing medical education (CME) credits. The built-in feedback form also encourages physician engagement and facilitates curating content for future modules. There are currently 16 modules, with more coming soon.

Channel consumption trends have radically evolved in the last decade. In the spirit of full transparency, many of us at Klick have experienced former lives at "network agencies." We know what goes on and how silly the decision-making process can be. Peter has more than 35 years experience in pharma marketing, having founded and sold two agencies prior to Klick.
