When you're the biggest social network you don't need to be coy with your user numbers. Facebook sets the standard for accurate and relevant reporting. Some of the more interesting stats released during their Q2 investors call last week:

Mobile passes 1 billion daily users

User activity & other platforms

Ad inventory expected to plateau

David M. Wehner, Chief Financial Officer, highlighted that ad growth in US and Canada was 69% year over year. He also talked about mobile being 84% of revenue at $5.2 billion which was up 81% year over year.
