Healthcare #3 in consumer engagement

In the Sprout Social ranking of industries healthcare comes in at only #13 (of 16) for brand engagement but at #3 for consumer engagement. Luckily for healthcare brands being unresponsive was actually the lowest reason for all generations to unfollow a brand.
