Overall, physicians rated their largest insurer just 3.8 out of 10 for patient information and they expressed frustration at all communications with them:

The pharmaceutical marketer isn’t really directly involved in this process, but anything we can do to help the physician talk with their patient will be welcomed. Formulary information and prior authorization help are two things that look like they would go a long way with some physicians.
