A group called Bioethics International ranks pharma companies who launch new drugs on their transparency. The list only includes companies that launched a new drug during the year so only 11 of 20 companies are represented. Last week they launched their 2017 data with the top five being:

It’s not clear how the 20 companies are chosen by Bioethics International but it’s likely that they either “sign up” or sponsor the group somehow. Because of the nature of the rankings we assume the pharma companies are hands off from the analyses.
