Klick celebrated its successes in 2011 on December 7th with a giant Town Hall meeting of all Klicksters at an elegant off-site location. Several major announcements were made at the meeting, with over 40 different speakers in a TED-talk style of rapid-fire delivery:

  • Achievement of our best business results ever!
  • Recognition again as one of the best employers in the area and one of the fastest growing, best managed companies in the country.
  • Our corporate branding was updated to become Klick Health, including a redesigned website
  • Klick Health’s status as the Largest Independent Digital Healthcare Agency in the World
  • Office expansion to a third floor of our building, including major renovations to accommodate features like a slide, yoga studio, and rock climbing wall.
  • A thank you gift to EVERYONE in attendance of a new Apple iPad 2!
  • An upcoming status meeting for the small Klick project team that has been working around the clock on strategic internal initiatives would be held in the Bahamas!
  • Clients love us and the work we do for them – as heard and seen in video testimonials from multiple clients
  • Our work matters – as heard and seen in several patient testimonials
  • Klick continues to give back to its community, including the expansion of our innovative “Klick It Forward” program
  • 5 cool things in 5 minutes from multiple department heads, including User Experience, Creative, Data, Technology, Learning Solutions, and Strategy
  • Insight into the future of mobile and social media
  • Launch of our widely anticipated Holiday Video starring everyone in the company!

While there was a lot of information shared and many felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of positive messages, everyone walked away with a renewed feeling of pride in their work, appreciation for our success, and excitement about the future.

The afternoon session led into a wonderful evening of the annual Klick Holiday Party with spouses and guests joining for the festivities.

After 19 years, Glen maintain's a management consultant's perspective on the world due to early career experiences with Price Waterhouse and, after his MBA, at Deloitte Consulting. As a generalist at Klick he's always looking for ways to improve efficiency, solve problems, and generally facilitate growth.
