We recently attended the EXL Digital Pharma East Conference in Philadelphia. It was great to hear from so many Klick Health clients and industry colleagues presenting case studies on timely and relevant issues facing Pharma Marketers today. We had the opportunity to listen in on several excellent keynotes and panel discussions.
Of particular interest were Takeda’s Chad Ballantine, sharing his Success in implementing Dexilant’s brand leading CRM program; Todd Kolm’s Presentation on How Pfizer’s Innovations engage digital consumers, and how the company has become a meaningful part of the social conversation; AND The big panel on Exploring the iPad as a tool for innovation for Pharma. This panel saw Shawn O’Hagan, DSI, Yolanda Johnson-Moton, Lilly, and Marie Fisher, Gilead as well as other leaders talk to their experience with iPad rollouts.
The focus of content covered both Professional and Consumer Marketing strategies and tactics through a lense of “Innovation”. Pharma Marketers, Agencies , Regulatory Officials, Technology and Media vendors spoke at length over the 3 day conference about the State of Digital Marketing. The topics were as varied at the presenters, covering Social Media, App Development, Mobile Marketing, Multi-channel Marketing, eCRM & Loyalty and Relationship Marketing Programs.
