Klick is hiring a full-time Medical Editor to join the Klick Health Editorial team.
 
Roles and Accountabilities:

• experience editing and proofreading content in the medical/pharmaceutical industry
• must be very familiar with regulatory submissions, both in the American and Canadian healthcare environment
• experience leading a small team while being hands-on with projects
• excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

 
Attributes:

• 5+ years of medical/pharmaceutical industry experience
• impeccable English, attention to detail,  and communication skills
• a degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
• demonstrated editing, fact-checking, referencing, and proofreading skills
• experience working with established style guidelines (e.g., AMA, CMA), Health Canada/FDA guidelines, and healthcare regulatory bodies
• familiarity with FDA regulations on pharmaceutical advertising
• proficiency in using Microsoft Office software applications (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat,
• ability to prioritize and manage several projects in a multi-team environment

 
Additional Assets:
 

• working knowledge and/or proficiency in basic HTML
• fluency in French and/or Spanish
