Learning Solutions Project Manager

Hi!

I’m Damian De Shane-Gill, Director of Project Management, Learning Solutions here at Klick Health. Working closely with our in-house team of Instructional Designers, my team is responsible for overseeing all learning projects at Klick. We’re a hard-working, tight-knit group who take tremendous pride in the projects we shepherd from inception to completion. We’re in need of some extra hands to help with our increasing number of projects and I’m hoping you fit the bill.

I’m looking for a Project Manager with extensive learning solutions experience to join my team immediately. Do you have the chops to lead diverse teams of individuals in developing leading edge eLearning, mLearning, and blended learning solutions? Are you a smart, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure? Do you possess a keen eye for the small details and strong technical skills that you can draw upon if required to pitch in and “get your hands dirty”? Do you relish tackling challenges head on – and have fun while doing it? If you answered yes to all these questions, then we definitely have to meet!

When you come in to meet with me, I want to hear about the learning projects you’ve managed and how you’ve scoped the level-of-effort required. I want to know how you’ve worked with the teams that built the solutions. And, I’m very interested in learning how you’ve utilized your exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to keep your multiple projects on track and on budget. Of course, I’m also going to want to know what you like to do for fun.  My standards are high, but I’m not one to stand for pomp and ceremony, so let’s keep it casual.
